Keith Gaylord made the following suggestions:

1. to make our chapter more affordable

2. to have more gender representation (more females involved)

3. Expand the age & classification of boats with perhaps an addition of a pre-modern classification

4. Possible chapter boating destinations next year - Otter Creek or Burton Island

Larry Asam asked two tax questions:

1. Are we liable for sales tax on calendars and tee shirts?

2. Do we file with the IRS?

The answers will be discussed at the next Board meeting.

Insurance was discussed. Boat U.S. has competitive boat insurance prices.

The meeting was adjourned to the Shanty for dinner.

Respectfully submitted,

Judy Grosvenor
